However, the accommodations were disappointing. cleanliness was a major issue, with one of the three rooms assigned being particularly neglected, displaying visible stains and even remnants of a prior pet. This experience overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay.

We had a decent stay at this hotel while exploring Colonial Williamsburg. The suite was spacious, allowing my family ample room to relax, and we enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a hit with the kids after long days of sightseeing.
My children wanted a larger breakfast variety. Perhaps adding more kid-friendly options would make all the difference for families.

Family stay not recommended
There was good size refrigerator and we had 2 TVs in the suite. The in room coffee maker was a plus but we brought our own coffee as well.
This place wasn't cheap by any means but it was still acceptable.

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting the nearby amusement park and historical sites. The room was clean, and we had a fantastic pool experience. Just a heads up, breakfast options could be limited, so plan accordingly.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19limited breakfast
Notably, the breakfast selection fell flat. feel free to skip it unless you enjoy a second-rate offering of just cereal and bland pastries. The absence of sufficient housekeeping left the floors dirty, and the broken vending machines added to a feeling of disarray during the stay. A phone in the room didn’t work, forcing me to trek to the front desk for even the simplest requests. Stains and wear on furniture made the space less inviting, while the shower's inadequate pressure could leave you feeling less than refreshed. The layout of the bathroom and lack of towel hooks further complicated things, making even basic cleanliness a challenge.
